Description

In today’s socially distancing job search climate, it’s not as easy to connect with people as it was during a lot of in-person networking meetings and job interviews. That’s why it’s more important than ever to make a great first impression with every person you meet, whether it’s via phone, Zoom or in-person. If that first impression isn’t an exciting or positive one, it can be very difficult to turn it around. Additionally, the “likeability” factor plays a huge role in creating a positive impression and connecting with the person on the other side of an interview often provides you with a significant advantage over other candidates.

During this webinar, motivational speaker, Steve Hughes, will share his advice on how to build a strong impression that becomes your building blocks to an ever-expanding network and a continuing flow of job opportunities. Steve “Instant Access” method is a virtual program that combines the latest business and sociological studies with real-world practical insights that you can use to connect more effectively with everyone you meet. As an added bonus, the concepts shared during this webinar are not just for job search, but they can extend into many other areas of your personal and professional life.

Here are a few of the topics that Steve will address during his presentation:

  • Discover the simple yet often overlooked things you can do to improve the way people perceive you.
  • Be the most interesting candidate on the interview list.
  • Make awkward pauses a thing of the past.
  • Connect with people with ease whether you’re face-to-face or on a phone screen.
