So many job seekers apply to online positions and never hear back. Any often times that’s because their resume didn’t conform to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) format and couldn’t be properly read. A recent study indicates that up to 75% of online applications are being eliminated because the job seeker’s resume didn’t follow the ATS rules despite being very qualified for the job. The ATS was simply incapable of reading their resume but the candidate never knows that. This is one reason why many high qualified professionals never get any visibility with talent acquisition teams and hiring managers. During this webinar resume coach, Denis Curtin, will explain how ATS software works and he will outline the very specific guidelines that you need to follow in order to make your resume compliant with virtually any ATS whether it’s being read by indeed.com or a corporate HR department.
During his presentation Denis will cover:
  • How to format your resume to be ATS-friendly.
  • Specific examples of resume Dos and Don’ts to comply with the ATS.
  • Avoiding common resume formatting errors.
  • How to use job seeker-friendly robots to help you select the best keywords and skills for your resume to increase your chances for getting an interview.
