Marty Gilbert is the Founder and CEO of NSENG, and he brings a wealth of job search coaching experience for middle and senior level executives wanting to move onto their next career opportunity. Over the past eight years his networking meetings and coaching efforts have helped over 1,500 individuals to land new jobs.

In addition to leading NSENG, Marty is a sales, marketing and general management executive with over 30 years of B2B technology experience across a broad range of industries. Most recently he was VP of Global Marketing for Utopia Global Inc and Vision Solutions Inc, both of which are leading data solutions firms in the Chicago area. Prior to that, Marty spent 18 years with Motorola Inc, where he helped launch several “industry first” wireless products and was a key contributor to the company’s 3x revenue growth in Asia Pacific over five years. He also held the role of Chief Operating Officer for STATS Inc, a sports data and analytics company that delivers real-time content to major TV networks, fantasy sports games and professional sports teams. Additionally, Marty’s career is highlighted by over 20 years of international experience and five years of overseas expatriate assignments that include a position working in Tokyo for Dentsu Inc., the world’s largest advertising agency, where his award-winning writing regularly appeared in Time, Newsweek, Business Week and Fortune magazines. His experience covers a broad range of industries including telecommunications, IT, data/analytics, software, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, sports, advertising/marketing, career management, etc. Throughout Marty’s career, he has led teams of 4 to 400 professionals so he is intimately familiar with what it takes for a candidate to stand out from a stack of resumes. The job search is all about effective marketing and sales which is what makes Marty’s coaching services invaluable to individuals who want their backgrounds and networking efforts to be more attention-getting than their competition.
